     The EN8000 hot-strip mill online monitoring and fault diagnosis system installed in the 2250mm hot-strip mill of No.2 Hot-strip Plant of Wuhan Steel Group is composed of 10 intelligent data acquisition boxes, an upper computer and a data server.

The 1#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of main transmission reduction device of fixed width pressure and reduction device of carrying roll-type of fixed width.

The 2#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of main transmission reduction device, herringbone gear base and push down transmission reduction device of R1 rough hot-strip mill.

The 3#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of two transmission reduction devices of E2 vertical hot-strip mill and push down transmission reduction device of R2 rough hot-strip mill.

The 4#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of main transmission reduction device and herringbone gear base of F1 and F2 refined hot-strip mills.

The 5#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of main transmission reduction device and herring bone gear base of F3 and F4 refined hot-strip mills.

The 6#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of herring bone gear base and cant flywheel of F5, F6 and F7 refined hot-strip mills.

The 7#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of reduction device of curling carrying roll-type and reduction device of curling reel of 1#, 2# and 3#.

The 8#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of reduction device of rolling reel and crosscut shearing device in the crosscut line.

The 9#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of rolling transmission reduction device, main transmission reduction device and curling transmission reduction device in the planisher.

The 10#EN8000 intelligent data acquisition box is used to sample the relative vibration of 1# and2# fans of 1# heating furnace and 1# and 2# fans of 2# heating furnace.

The data server of EN8000 hot-strip mill online monitoring and fault diagnosis system has been installed in the refined hot-strip message room and the upper computer on the computer desk in the refined message room.  The cases of 110# EN8000 intelligent data acquisition boxes are individually connected with the optical fiber receiver/sender in the case of data server through an optical fiber of 4 optical modes and then are introduced into the CISCO switching device. The upper computer is introduced into CISCO switching device through a No.5 network line so as to form a network.
