The EN8000 vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system of water turbine generator unit is composed of the intelligent high-speed data acquisition box, engineer station, vibration analysis and fault diagnosis software etc. The engineer station (upper computer) is used to analyze vibration and to diagnose the fault. The connection between the upper computer and the lower computer adopts communication mode.
The intelligent high-speed data acquisition box adopts a module construction. The 2#, 3# and 4# units have an intelligent high-speed data acquisition box; the 5# and 6# units have another. Two boxes are placed in an industrial case, its size is 2200X800X600mm and its color is gray, and are equipped with a 15″ LCD and a keyboard.
An engineer station (including a printer) is equipped for 5 units. The engineer station may be placed in an engineer office of main control room or other places and is composed of an industrial control computer of P4 2G, a 17″CRT, an A4 color laser printer and software.
The original vibration signals of unit can be introduced into the data acquisition box of EN8000 system from board at the back of Schenck VC4000 system. The new signal of rotating speed/key-phase of each unit can be directly introduced into the data acquisition box of EN8000 system. The signals of water-head, load and flow come from the transducer can be directly introduced into the data acquisition box of EN8000 system.
