1. 1 year length of warranty. Within 1- year warranty period, the user can choose either repair or replacement if any quality problem occurs.

2. Within 2nd and 3rd years after buying the product, if any quality problem occurs, the customer can send the product to us and we will repair them for free.

3. More than 3 years after buying the product, we will charge maintenance fee. In principle, we will not provide free on-site maintenance service.

1. Since the installation and debugging of vibration product is difficult, we will be responsible for the on-site installation and debugging after our customer buys our product.

2. 1 year length of warranty since the date our customer buys our product (according to the invoice date), if any quality problem occurs, we will provide free repair or replacement.

3. We promise that we will provide lifelong upgrade of the software for free, since part of the software will upgrade due to the gradual maturity of vibration analysis method and fault diagnosis knowledgebase.
