The instrument is mainly applied to large-scale machinery devices in power industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, etc. It is suited for online vibration monitoring and fault analysis for turbine generators, hydraulic generators, compressors, gas turbines, fans, motors, pumps, gears, rolling bearings, etc. EN900 can continuously and automatically sample status parameters relative to the safety of device, such as key-phase/speed, shaft vibration, swing, bush vibration, shaft shift, expansion difference, misalignment, load and other procedural parameters (for example, temperature, pressure, switching and so on) and create appropriate databases. The instrument can automatically judge operation status of device, predict and diagnose the fault. |

1. Convinent System Configuration In order to keep the system working normally and correctly sample data from the work place, the configuration of instrument must be undertaken accurately. The contents of configuration of instrument are: name, basic message, sampling setup, channel setup, channel pair setup and non-measurement parameters. The configuration canbe achieved by use of a menu interface so all setups can be executed by inputting or clicking a mouse dependant upon to requirements.
2. Intuitionistic and Visualized Display
The user can use the instrument to analyze and display present data or various historical data to know present operation status of unit.In the main monitoring graph, the instrument can display shafting construction sketch of unit and positions of measuring points. The real-time data will be dynamically displayed near the position of measuring point. The color displayed stands for operation status of unit: green for normal, yellow for abnormal and red for danger. The instrument provides unit shaft layout diagrams and display coordinates such that the user can design and edit them easily.
3. Abaundant data and diagrams
Bar Chart£ºThe instrument can display vibration amplitude, full frequency amplitude and 1x frequency amplitude of each channel through a bar chart. When the color of bar chart is blue, the vibration value is normal; when yellow, the vibration value exceeds alarm setup value; when red, the vibration value exceeds trigger setup value.
Data List: The instrument can display peak-to-peak values, 1X vibration frequency amplitude and phase, 2X vibration frequency amplitude and phase and the gap voltage values of sensors of each channel through data lists.
Spectrum Graph: The instrument can execute spectrum analysis using a time domain waveform to display the frequency and amplitude of harmonic component contained in the signal. The horizontal coordinate is frequency or multiples of rotating frequency (Hz); the vertical coordinate is the amplitude. Shaft centreline orbit graph: The position of rotating shaft in the supporting bearing is stable at most speeds. The center of rotating shaft can make a period movement around this centre point because of vibration to form a dynamic movement orbit, and this is known as the shaft centreline orbit graph. Bond Graph: The Baud graph is used to display the trend of X frequency amplitude and phase of vibration of unit to rotational speed in start-stop procedure of unit. The Bode diagram is an important tool for deciding the critical rotary speed. If the amplitude curve has wave crest and the phase is increased by more than 70¡ã, the corresponding rotational speed may be the critical rotary speed of the rotor at the measuring point or the neighboring rotor.
In addition£¬EN900 can also display Polar graph(Nyquist diagram)¡¢Cascade graph¡¢Waterfall Graph¡¢Correlated trend map¡¢List¡¢Shaft centre position graph¡¢Shaft Simulation Graph, etc. 4. Perfect Balance Calculation The balance computation module is a general-purpose balance software program and the system provides the computation and dynamic balancing using the least square method influence coefficient, computation and dynamic balancing of the harmonic component method influence coefficient, dynamic balancing of the three-point fix quantitative method, weight composition and decomposition, vector plus-minus and residual vibration evaluation whereby the optimal and reasonable balance can be caalculated quickly. It can undertake vibration balancing for multiple balanced surfaces and measuring points at the same time.
5. Convinent Software Installtion
All software has been installed before delivery so the EN900 analysis system will be logged on once turning on the power supply of EN900 has been switched on and program selected in a WindowsXP/2000 interface. The instrument provides an installation compact disk of EN900 so the user can install the software himself or in a common computer for practicing. The instrument can automatically install the software for the user because the installation program Setup.exe is in the operation compact disk.
Hardware wiring The instrument has a back-up battery installed. The battery can be charged repeatedly and will work when AC power supply is not available. There are connecting terminals on the back of instrument for inputting signals.
