EN6000B5 Series Cumulative Flow and Heat Energy

    An EN6000B5 series instrument is used to measure, display, cumulatively instrument and control a variety of flows of fluid and of single or mixed gas. It can receive a variety of signals from flow sensors as well as the temperature and pressure used in compensation. An OLED screen that has high brightness, high resolution and wide angle of vision is used to display a variety of information so as to understand a the current operation parameters easily.
 
Function Characteristics

  Universal signal input function: The instrument can receive a variety of signals including standard current, standard voltage, RTD, thermocouple, frequency, etc; No jumper is needed; setup of the internal parameters is all that is needed using preselected options between a variety of common signals.

  Flexible control mode: Many output control modes available including relay, SSR driver, programmable current retransmission, etc to coordinate with the alarm output, batch-control, cumulative metering start, the clear, etc so suited for a variety of cumulative flow capacity monitoring control installations.

  Instrument display: An OLED screen is used that has high brightness, high resolution and wide angle of vision. It displays hint messages, setup parameters, control messages, engineering units, alarm states, etc.
Alarm types include high limit alarm, low limit alarm, high & clear limit alarm, batch-control output, etc.
The retransmission signal can be set as 0-10mA, 4-20mA or 0-20mA through software. There are various channel acquisition type that can be used as well as instant flow and heat energy data. After compensation all signals can be used as retransmission objects.

  Standard casing size: There are three panel sizes (160mm×80mm, 80mm×160mm, 96mm×96mm) available so an instrument with similar simple functions can be substituted.

  Communication function: A RS485 communication interface is available (as an option) to form a computer monitoring system based on multiple instruments and a PC that has the bus characteristics defined by the ENVADA communication protocol (supported by many host computer configuration software) or MODBUS protocol allowing the functional operation of a instrument to be carried out on a host computer seemlessly. The user can choose a communication rate among 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200bps. The standard communication software operated in a PC is available.

  Advanced parameter protection function: A parameter protection function can be set to avoid any illegal operation.

Adds a temperature and pressure channel based on the EN6000B5-1. There are 4 working modes available: With no compensation, temperature compensation only, pressure compensation only and both temperature and pressure compensation. Suited to measurement of the flow of a variety of fluids, gases and steam.
