EN6000B10 Three-phase Shift/cycle Power Regulating Module

    General Description

The EN6000B10-2 module is a phase shift/cycle power regulation module. It can regulate the power for various industrial loads such as resistance load, induction load, transformer silicon-molybdenum bar used to decrease the voltage, tungsten filament, etc, It can also be used to control a motor soft start.

Function Characteristics

  4-20mA current signal input.

  Linear power revising.

  Synchronous signal auto following check.

  Auto discriminating phase.

  Open-phase protection.

Power-on soft start and power-off soft stop.

  Heat radiator over-temperature protection.

Main technological specification

Item

Descriptions

4-20mA input

Input impedance: 120 Ω

Regulation output resolution: 0.2 °

Three-phase triggering unbalance degree: < 0.6 °

Load mode

50Hz three-phase 380VAC delta or star ( △ or Y) neutral point not grounding. Shift phase range: 0-150 °

50Hz three-phase 380VAC star (Y) neutral point grounding. Shift phase range: 0-175 °

50Hz three-phase 380VAC half control SCR. Shift phase range: 0-175 °

Isolated drive output

8V crest value pulse. Each way can be connected with 4 SSR drives (two in serial and two in parallel) that have the same phase. Max drive current: < 30mA

Wiring mode

Three-phase three-wire system (ON), Three-phase four-wire system (OFF), chosen through a code switch

Control mode

Shift phase triggering, Cycle zero axial triggering, Contact input (ON: shift phase)

Soft start/stop control

ON: 0.2-120s (regulated through an internal resistor)

OFF: 2s in soft start/soft stop

LED director (5) state directive

The LED director of red, of green and of yellow are the three-phase power supply director and the fast fuse director. RUN: green, STOP: yellow and ALM: red.

Soft start/stop through an external servo switch: No voltage contact input. ON: Soft stop, and time: 3s (fixed). OFF: Soft start, and the time is set between 0.2s to 120s through an internal potentiometer P3

Over-temperature of 70 ℃ protection

No voltage normally closed contact. The contact is open in over-temperature, and will be released in power-on again after the fault is overcome.

Power Dissipation

380VAC 50Hz 3W Fuse: 0.5A

Discriminating phase

Auto discriminating the phase of RST three-phase voltage, and the range of line voltage is 280-480VAC.

Alarming relay

A group of normally open/closed contacts (resistance load, 250VAC/ 1A ).

Alarming type: Open-phase and heat radiator over-temperature.
