EN6000B1 Series Single Loop Digital Controller

    The EN6000B1 series instrument is a one-loop digital controller that uses advanced intelligent PID technique. No external module is needed to provide a variety of outputs including the current, the voltage, the relay, the SSR driver, the one/three-phase SCR zero-cross/phase-shift, etc, and the instrument can directly control an analogue object or servo object using a given value mode, programmable mode etc.. There are many products of different types to provide as multiplicity of different features.

    The EN6000B11 instrument is a double-loop intelligent controller, that is designed to implement a cascade control system.

Function Characteristics

  Universal signal input function: Universal signal input function namely the controller can receive varieties of signal including standard current, standard voltage, standard thermal resistor, standard thermal couple, etc; No jumper is needed; Only simply setting the internal parameter can the transfer be carried out among a variety of common input signals.

  Providing one PID control output: Using an advanced self-adaptive algorithm; Identifying and adjusting the control mode automatically according to the features of different controlled objects; Calculating the best regulation parameter; Carrying out a no overshooting and no undershooting system easily and suppressing disturbance quickly.

  1 - 4 alarm selectable outputs are available. Each condition has multiple alarm modes including high limit alarm, low limit alarm, high deviation alarm, low deviation alarm, inner deviation alarm, outer deviation alarm, out-of-range alarm, etc, stand-by alarm function etc.

  Complete counter size: There are varieties of contour sizes and many display modes including a large LED screen, the bar chart with a light bar, etc available.

  Communication function: A RS485 communication interface is available (as an option) to form a computer monitoring system based on multiple instruments and a PC that has the bus characteristics defined by the ENVADA communication protocol (supported by many host computer configuration software) or MODBUS protocol allowing the functional operation of a instrument to be carried out on a host computer seemlessly. The user can choose a communication rate among 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200bps. The standard communication software operated in a PC is available.

  Advanced parameter protection function: A parameter protection function can be set to avoid any illegal operation.
