EN4000A-L Heat Energy Totalize Recorder(OLED Display)

An EN4000A-L series instrument can be used to measure, display, accumulate and meter, control, remotely-transmit, recall selected data and record the flow and heat energy of individual fluids, of the single or mixed gas, such as steam. It can receive multiple signals including current, voltage, frequency, etc from the flow sensor and calculate compensation for temperature and pressure signals. It can display many interfaces through an OLED screen, and has complete functions to record data and statistics.

It can data for shift reports, day reports, month reports and cumulative metered data as well as providing a USB interface (option) to execute data transmission and storage that allows high level analysis of the data by Envada software on a server computer.

Function Characteristics

An OLED screen has high luminescence, high resolution and wide angle of vision. The measurement result, the engineering units, the operating status, the system time, the setup parameters, etc can be readily displayed. There are multiple display functions including the multi-channel digital display, the status display, the data statistics report display, the big digit display, etc available for mastering the operating state of the device in a working place conveniently. The main display can be transferred and set, and the data can be queried by individual level hint to meet user’s requirements.

An EN4000A-L series instrument has 6 keys. All functions including transferring display mode, page turning, retrieving data, setup parameters, etc can be simply and quickly accomplished using these keys.

An EN4000A-L series meter can receive the standard current signal, the standard voltage signal, the standard thermal resistor signal, the standard thermal couple signal, the frequency signal, etc. The input signal transfer can be easily carried out using simple setup operations. The redefinition of a channel from a frequency signal to an analogue signal is accomplished from a multiple choice menu. Every channel can provide an independent power supply of 24VDC. The individual channels are completely isolated.

The user can query the statistics report of each day, each month, each shift, for both instantaneous and cumulative metered data. The start/end time, the shift number of each day, etc can be set so that the statistics are more meaningful.

An EN4000A-L series instrument provides many control modes including relay output, SSR drive, programmable current transducer output, etc. These facilitate the alarm output function, the batch control function, the start function, the stop function, the clear function, etc. This enables application to a wide range of cumulative metered flow control situations.

EN4000A-L also have complete auxliary function:

There is an optional USB interface so as to make the data transmission and storage convenient and fast. The data can be displayed, analyzed, counted and printed through the data management software of ENVADA. An EN4000A-L series meter can provide a multi-way current transducer output function so there are programmable current outputs of 4-20mA, 0-20mA and 0-10mA available, and can read the data directly through a RS485 communication interface based on a common MODBUS protocol so a real-time monitoring system can be easily established, and can directly connect with a tiny printer to print the message needed.
