EN2000A8 Discrete Sampling Vibration Protection Instrument

     The EN2000A8 is a discrete sampling vibration transducer and protection instrument based on microprocessor parallel control techniques. It can be used to monitor raidal, axial vibration, swing, and misalignment of the shaft of rotating machinery. It is suitable for on-site installation and guide rail installation even in hazardous environment. It can predict and trigger an alarm when vibration increases due to rotor unbalance, misalignment and worn parts, and provide protection for rotating machinery equipment.

     The EN2000A8 can be used on various rotating machinery designs, such as turbine generators, gas turbines, hydraulic generators, compressors, fans and centrifugal blowers.

 
Function Characteristics

  The instrument construction incorporates a cast aluminum case that has a high anti-magnetoelectric and anti-impact capability.

  The EN2000A8 is a discrete sampling instrument. It can measure the peak-to-peak value of vibration and display the waveform of vibration to analyze and diagnose the fault of a device by means of special Envada software.

  The output can be transmitted to DCS or PLC to form a control system that provides protection for the unit or through an RS485 communication interface to form a monitoring network.

  The EN2000A10 has two setup modes: With LCD and setup buttons: setup can be undertaken at the place of work; Without LCD, setup can be accomplished at with the use of an EN2000A7 Hand-held Setup Instrument.
