EN2000A5 Shaft Shift Transducer & Protection Instrument

    The EN2000A5 is a shaft shift/expansion difference transducer and protection instrument based on microprocessor technology. It is, suitable for on-site installation and guide rail installation even in difficult environments.

    EN2000A5 can be used with various types of rotating machinery including turbine generators, gas turbines, hydro generators, centrifugal pump and centrifugal and axial flow compressors. It can be directly connected to eddy current probe via an extension cable. The installation position may be at the preamp.

 
Function Characteristics

  The instrument construction incorporates a cast aluminum case that has a high anti-magnetoelectric and anti-impact capability.

  The instrument can be linearised using the software according to the sensor characteristic curve to eliminate measurement error caused by the sensor at the work place and to improve measurement accuracy.

  The output can be transmitted to DCS or PLC to form a control system that provides protection for the unit or through an RS485 communication interface to form a monitoring network.

  The EN2000A5 has two setup modes: With LCD and setup buttons: setup can be undertaken at the place of work; Without LCD, setup can be accomplished at with the use of an EN2000A7 Hand-held Setup Instrument
