EN2000A4 Vibration Transducer & Protection Instrument

    The EN2000A4 is a vibration transducer and protection instrument suitable for on-site installation and guide rail installation even in severe environment. It can connected directly, via an extension cable, to an eddy current probe. It can be used to monitor rotor radial vibration, measure shaft vibration, swing and misalignment and predict vibration increase caused by unbalance, misalignment, component detachment. It provides unit protection and transducer outputs.

    EN2000A4 can be used on multiple types of rotating machinery, such as turbine generators, gas turbines, hydraulic generators, compressors, motors, fans, centrifugal blowers.
 
Function Characteristics

  The instrument construction incorporates a cast aluminum case that has a high anti-magnetoelectric and anti-impact capability.

  It can be used to measure relative vibration of bearing and absolute vibration of bush, case, etc. Sensors generate electrical signals, corresponding to vibrations, can be monitored by the users. The sensitivity parameter can be set through buttons.

  The output can be transmitted to DCS or PLC to form a control system that provides protection for the unit or through an RS485 communication interface to form a monitoring network.
