    The EN2000A2 is a multifunctional, intelligent and reliable instrument, it can be used to measure the shaft shift(the axial gap between rotating parts and static parts) and the expansion difference(size variation between rotating parts and static parts) to prevent damage. At the same time it provides two grades of alarms.

    EN2000A2 can be used to monitor various types of rotating machinery including turbine generator, gas turbine, hydro generator, centrifugal and axial flow compressor and centrifugal pump. It can directly connect to eddy current probes using extension cables.

 
Function Characteristics

The instrument can accomodate many kinds of sensors with different sensitivities through changing the parameters.

The instrument can linearise the signal according to the characteristic curve of sensor to eliminate measurement error and to improve measurement accuracy.

The recorded outputs are stored as analog signals as a percentage of the vibration transmission range (0- 10mA, 0-20mA and 4-20mA optional).

The alarm point and alarm delay time can be setup using software to minimize false alarms and failed alarms.

RS-485 communication interface is provided and multi-machine communication is supported, facilitating the networked management of multiple meters.

The parameter setup or function selection of the meter can be undertaken using the buttons on the front panel or by communication with the central server computer, and password is needed for administration authority.
