EN2000A13 Electron Vibration Trigger

The EN2000A13 electronic vibration trigger Instrument can be used to continuously monitor vibration of machinery such as motors, blowers, gearing, compressors, pump mixers, gearboxes, vane wheels, etc. If the vibration of machine exceeds the allowable value, the trigger will generate an alarm signal or a power-off signal to prevent damage on the machine. The trigger instrument can monitor vibration that exceed pre-determined levels caused by unbalance and misalignment of rotor, gear wear, belt damage, etc.

Function Characteristics

Real-time display of active output of 4-20mA; directly drive LCD or communicate with PLC or DCS.

The alarm relay can be specified as normally open and normally closed dry contacts outputs. These contacts can communicate with with PLC, DCS systems. The control relay can be used to control rotating machinery in the place of work.

An highly integrated design where the sensor probe and the signal processing circuit have been installed in the instrument to provide complete vibration protection.

The instrument is constructed with a cast aluminum case that has a high anti-magnetoelectric and anti-impact capability and is suitable as an explosion-proof application.
