EN2000A10 Preamp Built-in Shaft Shift Transducer Protection Instrument

    The EN2000A10 is a multiuse preamp built-in shaft shift/expansion difference transducer and protection instrument based on microprocessor technology. It is suitable for on-site installation and guide rail installation even in hazardous environments. The eddy current sensor preamp has been integrated into the instrument so shaft shift measurement can be undertaken with a probe of eddy current sensor connected to the instrument by an extension cable.

    The instrument can be used with various rotating machinery including turbine generators, gas turbines, hydraulic generators, compressors, fans, centrifugal blowers, etc. The instrument offers highly cost effective performance.

 
Function Characteristics

  The instrument construction incorporates a cast aluminum case that has a high anti-magnetoelectric and anti-impact capability.

  The eddy current sensor preamp has been integrated into the instrument to make site wiring and installation simple.

  The instrument can display the shaft shift value. The output will be a passive output of 4-20mA.

  The output can be transmitted to DCS or PLC to form a control system that provides protection for the unit or through an RS485 communication interface to form a monitoring network.

  The EN2000A10 has two setup modes: With LCD and setup buttons: setup can be undertaken at the place of work; Without LCD, setup can be accomplished at with the use of an EN2000A7 Hand-held Setup Instrument
